White Hetian jade stone, Qing Dynasty - A natural piece of Hetian nephrite jade, ovoid in shape, rounded, irregular and smooth to the touch. It exhibits a ‘mutton fat’ lustre, whilst retaining a striking natural ruby-coloured patina. It is mounted on a bespoke carved wooden plinth. Qing Dynasty (1644–1912) or later.
