• With the included Smartvent function, the Aestiva offers different ventilation modes to bring flexibility and optimization to the operating room for adult, neonatal and compromised patients.
• The 7100 offers both volume and pressure mode ventilation. It can be upgraded to include mandatory intermittent synchronous ventilation (SIMV) with pressure support and pressure support with backup apnea (PSVPro), tidal volume compensation, electronic PEEP, and a cardiac bypass case mode.
• The GE Aestiva S/5 architecture is an open system with a lower footprint that can be configured to individual specifications. It can be configured with two or three vaporizers, different combinations of shelves and drawers with locking top shelf and a folding side shelf.
