Tikkunim of the Amsterdam Jewish Community. A Spendid and Impressive Copy. Amsterdam 1739. In Yiddish.

A particularly handsome volume in which regulations of the Amsterdam Jewish Community are bound, and a large number of Ampliazia (additions to the regulations), which were printed and added over the years. The regulations were all written in Yiddish, as were the additions.

An impressive copy, bound in an exquisite original leather binding from the 18th century, with the gold embossed designs adorning the book on all sides. In the center of the cover is stamped an unidentified family emblem. Original gilding on the edges of the pages.

Amsterdam 1739. Printing house of Shlomo Proops.

Otzar Hasefer Database, No. 32719.

Wonderful condition.

A rare and impressive sefer.
