This is likely the first book authored by acclaimed Children’s poet.
Katina Kol Bo was written in Odessa, 1916, and published in 1917 in the Children’s Magazine ‘Shtilim’. It was republished as its own book by Rimon publishers, a new phenomena in book design in Hebrew literature.
The entire book is written on stone plates by outstanding author Francisca Baruch. Illustrated by Rachel Shalit-Marcus. A. Bihem decorated the cover and inner part of the book.
Both the text and pictures are created on stone plates, with 50 samples of this book printed on special paper, colored by hand and signed and numbered by the artist.
