Quote from Boris Izakov's book "The Flying Years, Distant Lands from the 20s to the 80s": "In memory of the trip, I received a rifle from the Turkish government, and a gold watch with the corresponding inscription from Mustafa Kemal. I keep the watch. When handing them over, I was told: If you come to our region again, you should take out this watch, as all the doors and the heart will open in front of you at any hour of the day or night."

Mustafa Kemal Ataturk (1881 – November 10, 1938) was a field marshal, revolutionary statesman, founder of the Republic of Turkey and its first president.
