גולי אצ"ל ולח"י היו אנשי מחתרות אצ"ל ולח"י שנעצרו וגורשו בסוף תקופת המנדט הבריטי, החל משנת 1944 ועד 1948, ב-12 שילוחים, למחנות מעצר באפריקה. מחנות המעצר שבהם הוחזקו היו סמבל, שליד אסמרה, בירת אריתריאה, קרתגו שבמדבר סודאן וגילגיל שבקניה, השוכנת צפונית לניירובי. הגולים הושבו לארצם חודשיים לאחר קום מדינת ישראל, ביולי 1948. הרצון למנוע מהעצירים להכיר את הסביבה ולתכנן בריחה, החשש של השלטונות בארצות המחנות מפיגועים שיחוללו והקשיים הביטחוניים בארצות אפריקה עצמן, שבהן הייתה התנגדות לקולוניאליזם, עמדו בשורש ההעברות ממחנה למחנה.
