THIS TORTURE METHOD WAS USED FOR ENEMY TO TAKE OUT THERE SECRET ATTACK PLANS ETC.THIS MUST BE VERY PAINFUL SINCE HAS SPIKES ON PART (POINTING TOWARDS NOSE). BY TWISTING KNOB INNER PART SQUEEZE NOSE AND SPIKES DAMAGE ALL THE MORE.
