Aivel Gadol, eulogy on the Holy Rabbi Yisrael of Ruzhin, authored by Rabbi Avraham Teumim of Brod. Lemberg 1851.
Sefer 'Aivel Gadol', Passionate eulogy after the passing of the holy illustrious Rabbi Yisrael of Ruzhin, said by Rabbi Avraham Teumin from great poskim of Galicia, and added to this 'Beit Aivel' responses on the laws of mourning from this author. Only edition. Lemberg 1851.
This copy with signature of the author's grandson Rabbi Yosef Teumim abd Kolbesov, New York.
The sefer includes the sad eulogy given by the holy gaon Rabbi Avraham Teumim great sage of Galicia, abd of Zbariz, also after he went to live in Buczacz he was fondly called 'Zbarizer Rav' (there in Buczacz he lived together with his cousin the author of 'Aishel Avraham' of Buczacz). Revered disciple of the great gaon Rabbi Shlomo Kluger. Later he moved to the city of Zalishtsik and served as abd. The eulogy was published by his disciple Rabbi Yehuda Leib of Vizna who attached a lengthy response on the laws of mourning, a tiny drop from his commentary on the laws of mourning.
Ownership signature from his prominent grandson Rabbi Yosef Teumim, the son of his son Rabbi Nachum Tzvi abd Zalishtsik (nicknamed R' Zeide, prominent Chassid of MaHry and MaHryd of Belz), later he moved to London and after that to the United States, there he served as Rav in Kolbosov Bet Medrash. He left after him children important Rabbanim.
