Sha'ar Hagmul by the Ramban - Rabbeinu Moshe ben Nachman. Printed in Warsaw in 1840. The only copy that survived the destruction of Europe with the handwritten signature of the Tzaddik Rav Rabbi Menachem Zion Alter, the beloved grandson of the Holy Rav the Imrei Emes of Ger. A remnant of the books of the Alter family who had perished in the Holocaust.

The Tzaddik Rav Rabbi Menachem Zion Alter, whose name was given to him by his grandfather. Was the son of the Tzaddik Rav Rabbi Yitzchak, the son of the Imrei Emes of Ger, who passed away in his father's lifetime and was known for his charity. Rabbi Menachem Zion was famed for taking care of the spiritual and physical well-being of the Chassidim and for his knowledge of Toras Hanistar. Perished with his wife in the Holocaust.

Aging and water stains. Some wear and minor moth perforations. later, complete, fine binding. Good condition.
