Very Large Manuscript, innovations on Masechet Shvu'ot by the Gaon Rabbi Bunim Ginz Eiger, Av Beis Din of Mattersdorf (the brother of Rabbi Akiva Eiger) - handwritten copying by his son the Gaon Rabbi Moshe Ginz-Schlesinger, including copying of correspondence between Rabbi Akiva Eiger and his brother - some of the innovations were not Published - early 1840s.

Written on the first leaf: "ח"ת [=חידושי תורה] מאאמ"ו הגאון המפורסם מו"ה בונם גינז זצ"ל שהי' אב"ד בק"ק מאטרסדארף" (Chidushei Torah by the famed Gaon Rabbi Bonem Ginz who was Av beis Din of Mattersdorf).

The manuscript also contains Halachic correspondence between Rabbi Akiva Eiger and his brother, Rabbi Bunim (see Hebrew catalog text for examples).

The correspondence was published on several platforms. Most of the innovations were published in Sefer Chidushei Rabbi Bunim Eiger (Jerusalem, 2010); however, some of them were not published, such as those on leaf 18 and leaves 163b-165b. There are also minor textual variations compared to the printed version of the manuscript.
