Unprinted Chiddushim – Manuscript of an Unknown Sage From Morocco

Bound manuscript, “Doubts regarding the writings of the Rashbatz OBM” and “Doubts regarding the words of the Radbaz in his responsa”. Morocco (?), circa early 19th century. Chiddushim by an unknown Talmid Chacham, which apparently were never printed.

[8], [10] pp. Moroccan script in small letters and tightly packed lines. Written mostly in two columns, with several comments on the margins. As far as is known, these chiddushim were never printed and the identity of the writer remains a mystery.

Renewed binding. Stains, moth holes, damage to the corners and edges. Fair condition.
