Letter about the issues of fateful decissions, with signature of Rabbi Yosef Tzvi Dushinski Gava"d of Eidah HaCharaidis, Jerusalem 1938.

"הדברים שנתפרסמו בעתונים וכן אותם שנמסרו לי בע"פ על דבר ועידה ארצית של פועלי אג"י שהתקיימה בשבוע העבר, גרמו לי צער רב קשה מנשוא"

Long and penetrating letter, with the signature and stamp of Hagaon Rabbi Yosef Tzvi Dushinski Gava"d of Eidah HaCharaidis and Rav of Charaidi Judaism in Eretz Yisrael, strongly condemning the members of Poalei Agudat Yisrael after their National conference held in the year 1937. In which they discussed, without permission and without authorization, on questions of fateful decisions regarding affairs of policies of Agudat Yisrael. Including questions about the establishment of a Jewish State in the land of Israel, questions of kibbutzim and factories and other political matters.

Agudat Yisrael movement, was a movement of Agudat Yisrael International and according to the established protocol, it dealt only with workers issues, their earnings, their business, on workers issues within the Torah spirit, and definately not with general political questions, which is dealt by the top administration of Agudat Yisrael and above them the Moetzet Gedolei HaTorah.

Starting from the year 1935, some leaders of Poalei Agudat Yisrael began to build separate divisions of Poalei Agudat Yisrael and separated from their original movement. This separation went along and gained strength throughout the years which has known its ups and downs.

In this letter, HaRav Dushinski wrote to the members of Poalei Agudat Yisrael dated 25 Kislev 1937, that not only once did he get strongly involved on behalf of Poalei Agudat Yisrael and their affairs, but now he felt tremendous sorrow from this issue after their conference.

'I will be happy if you inform me that you decided not to discuss about these issues any more... but if you wont listen to my words and you will continue to undermine the foundation and methods of Chareidi Jews in Israel and abroad, you will cause a great loss to Agudat Yisrael generally ... and Poalei Agudat Yisrael movement specifically and I am sure you will regret this very much.'
