In Hebrew and foreign language.
Also ownership signature added from great posek of latest generation:
 "לה"ו הקטן אפרים פישל הערשקאוויטש".
Between the pages of the sefer are hand written annotations, and different references.
Among the comments, is clarification about a messenger to circumcise a son, words from Chassam Sofer in his Shu"t, and he finishes with his signature "Shaul". Which is the Gaon Rabbi Shaul Rosenberg. Other editing are not signed.  

The venerable Gaon Rabbi Shaul Rosenberg fondly called 'Rabbi Shaul Ratzferter (born 1865) gab"d Ratzfert (Újfehértó ) for dozens of years starting from the year 1904 student from the Chasan Sofer, Mahara"m Schick, the Beit Shearim and the Kol Arye, also so he was from the great students of hrh"k Mahry"d of Belz and from his close chassidim, He was considered in his generation redeemer of salvation who's prayers caused an impression in heaven. His sefer shu"t "Chemdat Shaul", lectures and commentaries.
