Letter of blessing with the stamp of the Holy Rabbi Aharon of Belz, which was written to Rabbi Asher Zev Werner Rav of Tiberias upon the Rabbi's holy demand .
Letter of blessing for salvation 'for spiritual and physical health, livelihood, and success, to pay debts easily, and success in Torah and fear of heaven from all his off springs and a Kosher and happy Holiday.' The letter was written upon the demand of the Holy Rabbi Aharon of Belz by the personal and trusty assistant Rabbi Shalom Fogel and send to be given over to the famous Gaon Rabbi Usher Zev Werner Rav of Tiberias and member of Moetzes Gedolai HaTorah, from the great Chassidei Selonim and prominent Rabbi in Isreal.
The letter is hand written and signed with the stamp
'שלו' פויגל משמש בקודש אצל אדמו"ר שליט"א מבעלזא'.
On the back of the postcard is the official stamp of 'Rabbi Aron Rokach'
'הרב אהרן רוקח מבעלזא'.
In Hebrew and English, underneath the assistant added his famous address
'תל אביב אחד העם 63'.
The date of the letter in 20.3.57 [י"ז אדר ב' תשי"ז].
