Rabbi Yehoshua Segal Deutsch: (5670-5750) was rabbi in Hungary and Romania and after his immigration to Israel, rabbi of the Katamon neighborhood in Jerusalem. After his marriage, he lived in Brasov and served as the "young rabbi" of the city. He was appointed Av Beit Din of Wacharali (today Trago Morsh) in Hungary. He was the son-in-law of Rabbi David Sperber, one of Romania's greatest rabbis.
