חיבור גדול על ספר בראשית. כולל שלשה ספרים נפתחים. שם האחד "נחל יאודה", ושם השני "אבי הנחל" והשלישי ספר "ירך יעקב" מרבי יעקב גיז אביו של המחבר.
עם הקדמה מאת הראשון לציון רבי אליהו משה פאניז'ל.
המחבר היה רב ומקובל בתוניס. חתם שמו - 'יג"ן' (יהודה גז נ"י). נפטר בשנת תר"ן, והספר הובא לדפוס על ידי נכדו.
