Piotrkow 1912 [Not in Friedberg].  Condition ; Cover and detached hair, moth holes.  Rabbi Yitzhak Avihatzeira (known as the ”Baba Khaki”), was the chief rabbi of the cities of Ramle and Lod.  Rabbi Yaakov Adahan , a Torah scholar and Torah scholar, founded the first yeshiva in Marrakesh called Otzar HaTorah, and became Rosh Yeshivah there.
