Document translates to; "I would like to arrange that after disinfection some workers be sent to complete necessary painting work. At the same time I ask instruction of an electro - monteurs. Ich bitte zu veranlassen , dass nach der Desinfektionsanstalt einige maler entsandt werden , welche die hier nötigen Malerarbeiten in angriff nehmen konnten.
