Rabbi Yitzchak Yechiel of Dezh was born in 1863 to Rabbi Moshe Paneth of Dezh. He studied under his grandfather, Rabbi Menachem Mendel of Dezh. He spent his life in Dezh, where he served as an Admor and was the head of the Sibenbergen Kollel. He passed away in 1940. Refer to: Alfasi, Encyclopedia L'Chassidut 2, 407.
