Sefer Rav Alfas - halachic rulings in Talmudic order by Rabbeinu Yitzchak Alfas with elucidations by the Rishonim, proofread by Rabbi Yosef Ottolenghi. Part II. Riva di Trento, 1558. With the addition of Halachot Ketanot; with the Nimukei Yosef and the Ro"sh, generally found at the end of Part I.
Early edition of the Ri"f on Seder Nashim and Tractate Chulin, with commentaries. The proofreader Rabbi Yosef Ottolenghi was a rabbi and rosh yeshivah in Cremona. He established the press in Riva di Trento, and edited and proofread the books he printed there.
Owner's signatures - the youth Ya'akov Yosef son of R' Matzliach Raphael Pantziri: Bought with my own funds, Avraham Matzliach (?) - possibly a dayan in Izmir, refer to Arzei HaLevanon p. 155. Likewise, there are owners' notations on the title page and several glosses in Oriental script on the leaves of the book.

Fine condition. a few Aging stains and worming perforations, primarily in the margins.
