Beautiful letter of consolation on official Mercaz HaRav stationery. With the extraordinarily rare signature of Rebbetzin Reiza Rivkah Kook, wife of the first chief rabbi of the Land of Israel, the gaon Rabbi Avraham Yitzchak HaKohen Kook. Tammuz, 1947.

The letter was sent from the Women's Committee for Mercaz HaRav's Keren HaMis'adah, to Mrs. Hindah Ostrovsky, with condolences upon the passing of the latter's husband, the activist R' Moshe Ostrovsky. It is signed by Rebbetzin Reiza Rivkah Kook, wife of the yeshivah's founder, Rabbi Avraham Yitzchak HaKohen kook, as well as Mrs. Chayah Teitelbaum. The Rebbetzin's signatures are very rare!
