Kabbalistic Amulet. Gold. Persia, 19th Century - 18k leaf-shaped gold plaque amulet. The top bears delicate filigree work and two rings through which a necklace passes so that it can be worn. Turquoise stone in the center of the amulet. Sacred Names (the Tetragrammaton) written along the inner edge of the leaf: אבג יתץ קרע שטן נגד יבש בטר צתג חקב טנע. The inner circle contains יגל פזק שקו צית The leaf is made in the shape of a leaf like jewelry from Islamic countries, and is also worn as a jewel among Jews. Leaf size: 5x6 cm.
