”B'Tzar Lecha” - Original Historic Poster Signed by Edah Chareidit Rabbis. Jerusalem, 1951 - Original manuscript of a historic Edah Chareidit poster entitled: ”B'Tzar Lecha.” The poster calls for a day of fasting and prayer on the 20th of Sivan on behalf of Hungarian Jewry who is at risk of extermination. Sivan, 1951. ”Terrible rumors and shocking reports are reaching us regarding the situation of our Jewish brethren in Hungary under the Bolsheviks ... survivors of the Nazis, may their names be blotted out, as publicized and as received in letters - thousands of Jews have been deported from large towns, rabbis and G-d-fearing Jews, from their homes and from all that is theirs ... to concentration camps ... Everyone is to gather in the Yeshuot Ya'akov synagogue in Meah She'arim to cry out and plead.” Alongside the outcry of rabbis from the Land of Israel about the physical destruction abroad, they cry out about the spiritual destruction taking place in the Holy Land through our errant brothers: ”May the Al-mighty G-d tire of our distress and declare ”Enough!” to our troubles and cancel all the terrible, evil decrees and the decree of the ”free” authorities, such as the draft decree for Jewish women and the uprooting of our sacred Torah's laws in our Holy Land where corrupt people have come and desecrated it.” The signatories include: the ga'ava”d , the gaon Rabbi Zelig Reuven Bengis, the ra'ava”d , the gaon Rabbi Pinchas Epstein, the ra'avad , the gaon Rabbi Yisrael Yitzchak HaLevi Reisman, and the ra'ava”d  the gaon Rabbi David HaLevi Jungreis.
