First edition. Incomplete copies. First edition of Chiddushei Agadot  by the Maharsh”a, as the author printed them in two sefarim : Chiddushei Halachot  and Chiddushei Aggadot . First edition of one of the primary fundamental works of Talmudic scholarship. All editions of Sha”s printed in the past hundred years have been printed with Chiddushei HaMaharsh”a . Stefansky, Sifrei Yessod  67 Rare sefer , especially sought-after. This volume is composed of both parts, but it is lacking. Part I: 131 leaf. More than half the sefer . The leaves of the middle third are complete. Specifications of the leaves: First section - individual leaves from Tractates Yevamot and Ketubot. Nedarim - lacking one leaf. Sotah - lacking one leaf. Brachot - incomplete. Shabbat - lacking the beginning. Bava Kamma, Bava Metzia and Bava Batra - incomplete. From then on, complete until the end of the volume: Sanhedrin, Makkot, Shevuot, Eduyiot, Avodah Zarah, Horiyot, Zevachim, Menachot, Chulin, Bechorot, Erchin, Temurah, Kritut, Me'ilah, Kinin, Tamid, Middot, Keilim, Nega'im, Niddah, Yadin, Uktzin. Part II: 46 leaf. Tractates: Eiruvin, Pesachim, Yoma, part of Sukkah. Part of Beitzah Rosh HaShanah, Ta'anit - minimally lacking. A precise list is available upon request. Approximately 30 cm.
