WWII GERMAN DRL GOLD SPORTS BADGE & 3 AWARD CERTIFICATES
DRL gold sports badge and three award certificates for Gerhard Janke, a soldier and track athlete. The gold sports badge is marker's marked on verso, 'DRGM 35269 - Wernstein Jena', with c-clasp pinback. First award certificate awarded in August 1937 where he won first place. Second award certificate was awarded in April 1943 for 7th place. Third award certificate was awarded in August 1943 for 2nd place and as indicated by the name, he had joined the military and was listed as 'Uffz. Janke'. Each certificate comes with either a steel colored or gold colored oak leaf.
