FLORA LILLO - PHOTO WITH AUTOGRAPH
Flora Lillo, born Angiolillo (Rome, May 23, 1928 - Rome, January 6, 1995), was an Italian actress, showgirl and soubrette.
As a soubrette she was sometimes credited with the pseudonym Flo Silver.
Particularly active between the 1950s and 1970s, she worked on television in one of the first entertainment programs, Rosso e nero, created and presented by Corrado alongside the presenter in 1954 on the then newly formed Rai in eight episodes of the series. She then appeared in prose works and in the Lieutenant Sheridan TV series (1963, L'ultima verità, series Ritorna il lieutenant Sheridan; 1967, episode Semplice una voce, series Sheridan, Squadraomicidio). She was also in the cast of the television drama Anna Karenina.
She worked in the magazine with Erminio Macario and Totò[2]. With a strong background in classical dance, she made her debut in 1949 as a chorus girl in Paradiso per tutti, alongside Ugo Tognazzi. Then in 1950 she was in Buon dì zia Margherita with Carlo Dapporto. In prose shows she was alongside Lia Zoppelli and Giancarlo Sbragia.
Among other things, she interpreted the photo story "Il re si diverti (Rigoletto)" with Gastone Moschin and Gianni Di Benedetto ("I romanzo di Sogno" n.225, 1 April 1966).
For the cinema, she interpreted genre films and musicals such as I ragazzi di Bandiera Gialla. One of her first films was L'angelo bianco (1955), where she was directed by Raffaello Matarazzo. She acted, among others, with Eddie Constantine, Yvonne Sanson and Amedeo Nazzari.
