[1], 182 leaves, 19 cm. Work on tractates of Seder Moed. Title page bears the signature of Rabbi Meir Shapiro of Lublin?, alongside the stamp of his yeshiva, Yeshivat Chachmei Lublin. He transferred part of his private library to that of the yeshiva. Correction on leaf 84 - in his hand?
Rabbi Meir Shapiro of Lublin (1887-1933) was one of the most prominent rabbis in Poland. He was a representative in the Polish Sejm, founded Yeshivat Chachmei Lublin and instituted the daf yomi learning program.
