Techunat HaShamayim - astronomic work by Rabbi Rephael HaLevi, with approbations by Rabbi Shaul Lowenstam of Amsterdam and others.
Before us is the first edition of the 'Techunat Shamayim' commentary on movements of celestial bodies, written to comprehend the Ramba"m's words in the halachahs of sanctification of the new month. It was printed in some editions of Mishneh Torah L'HaRambam. Leaves 33-38 contain tables. There are also many diagrams throughout the book's leaves.
As in most copies, the last [2] leaves at the end, a compilation by the printer on a different topic, are lacking.

Fine condition. Simple semi-parchment binding.
